EstateNet founder Todd Milks is a passionate antiques collector. His personal expertise spans a vast range of categories, fine china, pottery, ceramics, art glass, 20th century design, lighting, jewellery, furniture, Quebecois folk art, religious art objects, and household collectibles. Todd is an accredited member of the Canadian Personal Property Appraisers Group.

Starting from early experience gained while editing his own collections, Todd's skill at finding the right buyers and getting the best prices launched a successful career. He spent 12 years buying and selling antiques and collectibles, and handling estate clearances in Toronto, Ottawa and Montreal before entering the U.S. market. Before long, the forward thinking entrepreneur was chasing world markets and marketing antiques to an international clientele. His business approach has been profiled in Food & Leisure, Canadian Business, and Deco-Echoes magazines.

In 1996, Todd realized that the Internet provided enormous opportunities for his clients, leading him to add a web-based service to his existing retail operations in Ottawa and Montreal.

Todd's service orientation extends to his community activities from lecturing, to donating his services to a number of non-profit organization's fundraising campaigns.
